What began
with a friendship became a mission.
Over thirteen years of walking together
The Chaiim story is not just a corporate timeline; it’s a narrative of shared lives. For more than thirteen years, our founders and the team have walked side-by-side with women survivors of human trafficking in Mumbai. What started as small acts of solidarity between friends who noticed a gap in long-term care evolved into a structured foundation dedicated to holistic restoration.
We recognized that immediate rescue was only the beginning. True freedom requires the tools to build a new life: mental health support, vocational skills, and a community that treats you not as a victim, but as a person with immense potential. This belief has been our north star since 2013, guiding every program and every individual interaction.
Today, Chaiim Foundation stands as a bridge between a painful past and a dignified future. Our journey continues with every survivor who joins our family, reminding us that with enough time and consistent love, healing is not just possible it is inevitable.
